From the rich, smoky aroma of incense at my grandmother’s Buddhist temple to the profound experiences at a Buddhist monastery built on the grounds of a former hospital (a very haunted place), my early life was steeped in spiritual growth. These formative years instilled in me a deep sense of compassion, empathy, and kindness while navigating the unseen.
In my twenties, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and began my career as a digital artist at Warner Bros., immersing myself in Los Angeles’s vibrant entertainment industry. Over the next two decades, I evolved into a tech executive and change management consultant, specializing in user, customer, and employee experiences. Through my work with CEOs and senior executives, I recognized that many of their challenges were rooted in something deeper than strategy.
This realization led me back to my spiritual heritage, an ancestral lineage dating back to 1600 BC. Today, I serve as a bridge between the corporate world and the inner world, guiding visionary leaders to tap into their innate power and wisdom. Through intuitive mentorship and meditation, I help clients align mind, body, and spirit, which enhances their well-being and transforms their leadership and impact.

I come from a lineage of healers from both sides of my family (maternal and paternal), inheriting intuitive gifts and knowledge passed down through generations. This ancestral wisdom, combined with my own experiences, informs my holistic approach to healing and coaching.
Monastery-Raised Meditation Prodigy
As a child, I lived in a prominent Buddhist monastery nestled deep in nature, where I immersed myself in ancient wisdom and practices. My lineage is an unbroken link that leads directly to the Buddha himself. This unique upbringing shaped the way I see life and leadership, and it remains the foundation of my work today.
Corporate Expert Turned Burnout Alchemist
With 25 years in the corporate world, I've experienced the challenges of high-pressure environments firsthand. This insight allows me to effectively guide leaders through stress and burnout towards balance and fulfillment.
Childhood Teacher: Meditation at Age Eight
My journey as a guide began early. At just eight years old, guided by my grandmother, I taught my first meditation class, showcasing a natural ability to share mindfulness techniques with others.
Grief & End-of-Life Doula
Certified as a grief and end-of-life doula (for emotional and spiritual support), I’m able to hold deep conversations and space for uncomfortable conversations. We facilitate celebrations, ceremonies and memorials for all stages of life.
