What if I miss a live call?
Every call is recorded. Watch on your own time and submit questions ahead if you can't attend live.

How much time does this actually require?
90 minutes weekly for the live call, plus 30-60 minutes for the module and practices. This isn't about adding more to your plate - it's about fundamentally changing how you operate so you reclaim hours of your life.
