Before working with Sonya, I had never really tried meditation and I was pretty skeptical about it. But her classes are so much fun! Sonya constantly teaches us that there is no right or wrong waay to meditate. Hey Sonya, you won't believe this but I had a huge breakthrough today. I kept thinking about what you said to me last week.. that "you are what you think you are". You know this, I have a tendency to beat myself up.

But, you were so right. I sat down a few days ago and did the worksheet (it took me longer than I thought) and when I looked at what I wrote, It hit me. Hard. In a good way. I can't believe I have been beating myself up despite having come this far. I feel so much more confident.

Thank you Sonya! I've been doing things differently this week and just taking action without being in my own way, now I just need to stay consistent and cut out everything that doesn't serve me.

The main thing is realizing that everything is internal. I need to stay grounded through focus, meditation and following my inner voice. Also, being truly ready and embracing the discomfort with the process means that there's no such thing as failing, only learning and growing.

My session with Sonya was fun and lighthearted, yet we went in deep. The healing actually seemed to begin before the session even began as I had the strangest dreams that morning with a lot of old memories coming up. Once in the session I had many visuals and experienced healings by other benevolent people or beings in realities beyond this one. This all made its way back into this body of mine, my solar plexus feeling intensely inflamed. I somehow moved my consciousness right into its space and then the next thing I knew the energy moved up and out of my body via my right arm, with acute pain in my upper arm for a period of time that subsided a little while after the session.
