Yes, this course is pre-recorded. There is a lot of information because we wanted to make sure that you'd be able to digest it at your own pace. Many of these lessons were previously taught in Sonya's meditation community and we've decided to bundle it for a full course! There is about 5 hours worth of content for you + meditations.
